Edible mushrooms

Our research facility for edible mushrooms is expanded and renovated since 2016.

COMPOSTING

For phase I composting we have 2 bunkers with a capacity until 30 ton to do research on composting phase I.

For phase II and III we have: 

• 3 pasteurisation tunnels of 15 ton
• 2 incubation tunnels of 12 ton
• 2 incubation tunnels of 6 ton

Growing rooms

• 5 cells of 75m² (50 containers)
• 3 cells of 25m² with airlock for research on infectious diseases and pests
